CECIC has a first-class engineering consulting qualification and a second-class tender qualification. It is a member of the FIDIC and CNAEC (China National Association of Engineering Consulting). It is a technically supported organization of the investment projects assessment center of the UNIDO IPS-CHINA. Also, CECIC is one of 35 designated evaluation organizations ratified by the National Development and Reform Committee (NDRC), one of the project evaluation organizations accredited by the Administration Center of Innovation Fund for SMEs (Small and Medium Enterprises) of the Ministry of Science and Technology.
